Cancellations & Refund Requests
Refunds and cancellations are accepted only before your scheduled pickup time. Once items have been picked up by Lion Rentals, we are unable to process any refund requests.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or cancellation, your request must be submitted prior to your scheduled pickup.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed promptly and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that requests submitted outside of the outlined timeframe may not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At Lion Rentals, we provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services to ensure a smooth and stress-free storage experience.

A standard flat fee of $50 applies for each service (pick-up or drop-off) within our regular service area, which includes most locations near campus.

This fee covers professional handling, safe transportation, and timely service. For locations outside our standard range, additional charges may apply based on distance
